Terms & Conditions – 2025

Booking Procedure

By paying a deposit to Go Assekrem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions outlined here. A binding contract is formed when we receive your deposit and issue written confirmation of your booking.

Deposits & Final Payments

For all bookings, a deposit of 30% to 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The exact amount may vary depending on the size of the group and the type of service booked.

Final payment must be completed at least 5 days before arrival via bank transfer or online payment. In select cases, cash payment on arrival may be accepted, particularly for local guests or special arrangements (this must be agreed in advance).

Bookings made within 5 days of arrival must be paid in full immediately via credit card or other approved methods.

Payment Methods

Go Assekrem accepts the following payment options:

  • Credit card payments online through our secure payment gateway

  • Bank transfers (must be received at least 5 days before arrival)

  • Cash payments in specific situations, only with prior approval

Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until the required deposit is received. Any outstanding balance must be settled before the trip begins unless otherwise agreed.

Booking Revisions

Any modifications to a confirmed booking will incur a 50€ or equivalent administrative fee per change. Changes requested less than 3 days before departure are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

Packages & Rates

A Go Assekrem travel package includes at least three travel services (e.g., accommodations, guided tours, transfers). Once your itinerary is confirmed, at least three core services must be retained for pricing and logistical consistency.

Lost Items

Go Assekrem is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings at any stage of your journey. Clients are responsible for their own belongings at all times. Upon request, we may assist in recovering lost items, but any costs incurred will be the client’s responsibility.

Activity Bookings & Tickets

Activities such as excursions, cultural events, and ticketed experiences must be prepaid to confirm availability. Once confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible and are subject to provider terms.

Special Requests

Please notify us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

Travel Insurance

All travelers must have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Go Assekrem.

The following cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 15 days before arrival: Fully refundable, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g. prepaid tickets, partner fees).

  • 5 to 15 days before arrival: 80% of the total cost is refundable.

  • Less than 5 days before arrival: Refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the specific services booked and any non-refundable fees already paid to partners or providers.

Please note that certain services (such as domestic flights, special permits, or third-party tours) may be subject to stricter cancellation conditions. We will always do our best to minimize charges and offer partial refunds when possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Substitutions & Changes

Go Assekrem reserves the right to substitute accommodations or services with similar alternatives if circumstances require. No refunds will be provided for unused services unless pre-agreed.

Currency Fluctuation

Quoted prices may be subject to change due to currency revaluation or devaluation. Any such changes will be communicated in advance if applicable.

Disputes or Claims

Any issues during your trip should be reported to Go Assekrem. Claims made after the trip may not be honored. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Algeria.
