What To Expect

Day 1: Tamanrasset – Assekrem

Arriving late in Tamanrasset, you’ll be welcomed by our team and transferred to the hotel. After breakfast, head to the Assekrem plateau in the Hoggar Mountains. Hike to the summit (2,706 meters) to visit the Hermitage of Père de Foucauld, then enjoy breathtaking views and a stunning sunset. Overnight at the Assekrem refuge, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Atakor Massif.

Day 2: Assekrem – Tamanrasset

Rise early to watch the magical sunrise at Assekrem before heading back to Tamanrasset, passing the sparkling Tahabourt water source. After lunch at the hotel, explore Tamanrasset, including the African market and the silversmiths district. Enjoy dinner at a traditional restaurant before packing and transferring to the airport for your departure.
